The two links in my previous post are amazing! If you don't enjoy them you have no soul and are doomed to row circles in a rowboat for eternity. If only you had two souls then you wouldn't have to row at all, you souless freak you.

    Complete bummer

PLACENTIA – Officials on Saturday identified Brent Liles of Fullerton, former bass guitarist in one of the region's most influential punk rock bands, Social Distortion, as the bicyclist killed by a big rig on Thursday. Liles played bass on the group's groundbreaking "Mommy's Little Monster" recording in 1983 and went on to play with other well-known Orange County punk acts such as the group Agent Orange. He was 43.
"Brent was a fun-loving guy who approached his bass playing with a lot of enthusiasm and that made him a lot of fun to be around," said Frank Agnew, a fellow musician and friend. Liles, wearing casual clothing, was riding a small dirt bicycle westbound on Orangethorpe Avenue just after 11:30 a.m. Thursday, California Highway Patrol officials said. As he entered the crosswalk at the Orange (57) Freeway, a big rig carrying a trailer turned right onto the on-ramp and accelerated, hitting Liles. He was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.

    Seriously do this
Some of mine don't make any sense but a few of them were too good to be true. Like the Goddamn song "Fuck That" playing at my funeral and How does the world see me.

    These are the instructions:

    * Put your iTunes/Winamp/WMP on shuffle.
    * Use the song title as the answer to the question.
    * NO CHEATING unless the songs you get don’t make any damned sense.

    1. How does the world see me? "I'm going nowhere" Regulations
    2. Will I have a happy life? "Where it's due" Righteous Jams
    3. What do my friends really think of me? "Survive" Cold World
    4. Do people secretly lust after me? "Whitelines" Grand Master Flash
    5. How can I make myself happy? "Trust me" Swans
    6. What should I do with my life? "The Wheel of Pain" Fall Silent
    7. Will I ever have children? "you bet it does" I Farm
    8. What is some good advice for me? "Till we have to say goodbye" the Black Heart Procession
    9. How will I be remembered? "MAGGOTS IN YOUR COFFIN" Repulsion
    10. What is my signature dancing song? "Shake it" Tom Waits
    11. What do I think my current theme song is? "La Madres Lloran" Los Crudos
    12. What does everyone else think my current theme song is? "Sticks and Stones" Zombies
    13. What song will play at my funeral? "Fuck That" Goddamn
    14. What type of women/men do I like? "Axed" Black Hand
    15. What is my day going to be like? "Congratulations... You've Hit Bottom!" Gospel
    16. Will I ever have love again? "They Saved Hitler's Cock" Angry Samoans
    17. What type of sex life do I have? "Oh Anna" the Microphones
    18. What song would be the title of my own porno movie? "Forty-Five" Atomic Bitchwax

Top 5 favorite songs that start with the the letter "C" (as given to me by Kim), respond to this and I'll give you a letter.

    1) Catharsis - Choose Your Heaven
This song gave me goosebumps when I heard it nearly ten years ago and it still has the same effect on me. I'd be hard pressed to come up with a more passionate and furious punk song.

    2) Songs : Ohia - Coxcomb Red
"I watched you hold the sun in your arms while he bled to death, grew so pale next to you, the world is so pale next to you". Un-cheesy truly moving love songs are few and far between this one never fails to make me a little sappy, infact the whole album the Lioness has that effect.

    3) Small Brown Bike - The Cannons and Tanks
Local guys that played their fucking hearts out every record, and every song. Their last show was one of the best shows I have ever had the pleasure of attending. I remeber them tearing up and barely making it through the last song of the set. This song in particular really captures the spirit of this amazing band.

    4) Facedowninshit - Cinders
Awe inspiring D-beat hardcore with a hint of Sabbath to keep things interesting. Stand out D Beat bands are few and far between, so many of them sound exactly the same. Their record Shit Bloody Shit which is a collection of early material is absoluely phenomenal. Unfortunately the last two full lengths they have put out were lackluster.

    5) Elliot Smith - Condor Avenue
I can't say enough good things about Elliot Smith. My favorite singer song writer.

Other canidates that didn't quite make the cut:
    Adolescents - Creatures
    Amebix - Chain Reaction
    Angry Samoans - Coffin Case
Bad Religion - Change of Ideas
Belle and Sebastian - Chalet Lines
    Bongzilla - Champagne and reefer
    Broken Bones - Choose Death
Broken Social Scene - Cause = Time
    Chris Bathgate - Cold Fusion
    Converge - conduit
    Crucifucks - Cops for fertilizer
    Dead Kennedys - Chemical Warfare
    DS-13 - Can't Watch This
    Eyehategod - Crimes Against Skin
    Isis - Collapse and Crush
    Joseph Gonzalez - Crosses
    Mastadon - Crusher Destroyer
    Mirah - Cold Cold Water
    Reatards - C'mon Over
    Scratch Acid - Cannibal
    Social Distortion - Cold Feelings
Sun Kill Moon - Carry Me Ohio
    Zounds - Can't Cheat Karma

I found this and had to share. If any of you are familiar with Amebix this is right up your alley. The Baron who sung for Amebix throughout their entire 10 year existence moved to an obscure island off the coast of the UK and now makes mideval weapons. I have know this for a long time being that I am a HUGE Amebix fan, however today I found his website check it out http://www.castlekeep.co.uk/. So many bands have "borrowed" Amebix lyrics over the years because they are soooo good, No Gods No Masters ring a bell.

I got fired, not for one of the millions of reasons I should have gotten fired for, but for showing up 20 minutes late a month ago. They just decided to can me today. The hilarious thing is that my boss the cocksucker I've worked for over two years was too chicken shit to do it himself he had my brand new suppervisor (2nd week on the job) and some manager I don't directly work for do it. So I may be in the market for a new job. Preferably not though since I've been working for my dad a ton lately. Man I wish my boss would have done it himself, I fuckin hate that man I would of have loved to jump down his throat. Has anybody been fired more than 6 times come on I wan't to hear some how I got fired stories, BRING IT!

P.S. I am not upset about being fired Bestbuy is fucking awful.

Jobs I have been fired from ( though I have the distinct feeling that I am forgeting one or two)

-Walmart = It was a quit/fired kinda thing mutual hatred basically, I laughed at a manager and critisized her for working at Wal-Mart it was all down hill from there

-Rite-aid = canned for sleeping in (didn't care enough to get mad)

-Northwood Contracting (sprinkler install) = also canned for sleeping in, I apologized to my boss he gave me a bunch of chances, but between me being a sound sleeper and it being the summer when they re-did M53 I ended being late alot. This job sucked I basically worked with all the mexican guys digging trenches while the shitty bros did all the easy ass fitting work. Which was fine with me because the mexican guys were way better company, and it was free exercise.

-Jets Pizza = Canned for getting someone to cover my shift on my Birthday which I requested off, lost it on the manager so bad she started babbling and threatened to call the cops, freezer is full of dents from that incident, the owner changed her home phone number because i kept asking the manager for it. They also throughly questioned my friends asking them if I was "Planning Something"

-Pizza N More = Fired the next day for politely disagreeing with our brand new manager, also ended with her fumbling with the phone trying to call the cops and me smashing one of those roof pizza signs in the middle of the lobby

    -Bestbuy = see above reason

Theresa and I have broken up, this is not some goofy joke. It happened a few weeks ago, I haven't really talked to anyone about it because I have nothing to say about it. I'm not looking for sympathy, shit happens and life goes on. I just decided to post this to head off any rumors that may or may not be circulating.
